- Brauche ich einen Termin? Do I need an appointment first?
- Ich verstehe dieses Formular nicht. I do not understand this form.
- Können Sie das bitte langsamer wiederholen? Could you repeat that more slowly?
- Ich hole die Bescheinigung ab. I am here to collect the certificate.
