- 在留カードはどこで取れますか？ Where do I get a residence card?
- 契約書を持ってきました。 I brought the contract.
- 何の書類が必要ですか？ What documents do I need?
- 予約が必要ですか？ Do I need an appointment first?
- この書類が分かりません。 I do not understand this form.
- もう少しゆっくり言っていただけますか？ Could you repeat that more slowly?
- 証明書を受け取りに来ました。 I am here to collect the certificate.
