  • Коммунальные услуги включены? Are the bills included?
  • Когда я мог бы въехать? When could I move in?
  • Какой размер залога? How much is the deposit?
  • Можно посмотреть квартиру сегодня днём? Can I see the flat this afternoon?
  • Договор на год? Is the contract for a year?
  • В ванной сырость. There is damp in the bathroom.
