Viewing a flat, asking what is included, agreeing a date.

- Les charges sont-elles comprises ? Are the bills included?
- Quand pourrais-je emménager ? When could I move in?
- Combien est la caution ? How much is the deposit?
- Puis-je voir l’appartement cet après-midi ? Can I see the flat this afternoon?
- Le bail est-il d’un an ? Is the contract for a year?
- Il y a de l’humidité dans la salle de bain. There is damp in the bathroom.
- L’appartement est-il meublé ? Is the flat furnished?
