- 我什么时候可以搬进来？ When could I move in?
- 押金多少？ How much is the deposit?
- 今天下午可以看房吗？ Can I see the flat this afternoon?
- 合同是一年的吗？ Is the contract for a year?
- 浴室有潮湿。 There is damp in the bathroom.
- 房子有家具吗？ Is the flat furnished?
