Phrases for a move

Neighbours

The people in the building are who you will actually speak to. A generated Lumi course starts here if you say so — meeting them, then the small asks that follow.

The first hello in the stairwell, and the first small ask.

  • Encantado, soy el nuevo vecino. Nice to meet you — I am the new neighbour.
  • Acabo de mudarme. I just moved in.
  • ¿Podría bajar un poco la música? Could you turn the music down a little?
  • Vivo en el tercero. I live on the third floor.
  • ¿Sabe a qué hora recogen la basura? Do you know what time they collect the rubbish?
  • Perdone, ¿este paquete es suyo? Sorry — is this parcel yours?
  • ¿Me podría recomendar una panadería? Could you recommend a bakery?
  • Hasta luego, que vaya bien. See you later — take care.

The Spanish above is the shape of a first unit. Change the language and the same situation comes back in that language.
